Club Policies

We ask that all Members and guests adhere to the Club’s policies.


Main Dining Room – Business Attire
a. For men: jackets, collared shirts, ties, tailored slacks, or suits.
b. For women: dresses, suits, skirts with blouses, tailored trousers with blouses, or evening pants.

All other areas in the Club – Casual Business Attire (Trial Period – July 1 to September 30)
a. For men: smart, casual tailored trousers or pants; jacket optional but recommended; shirts with collars and sleeves and turtleneck sweaters.
b. For women: smart, casual tailored trouser or pants; skirts; collared shirts; collarless shirts; blouses and sleeveless summer dresses.

Club events – Dress attire will be specified

More formal business attire is always appropriate and encouraged in the Club.

Faded, torn or worn casual trouser/pant or any trouser/pant that sits below the natural waistline, cargo pants, t-shirt, shorts, sweatshirts, athletic shoes, opened toed shoes for men, casual sandals (ie. flip flops) for women, any apparel with slogans or commercial messages.

Cell Phone Usage

Communications devices may be used discreetly in silent mode throughout the club with the exception of the main dining room. Telephone calls may be placed and received in the telephone booths only.

Hours & Access

The Club is open from 7 am to Midnight from Monday to Friday inclusive. The Club is closed on Saturday and Sunday and statutory holidays.

In accordance with City of Ottawa by-laws, smoking is not permitted anywhere on Club premises.


The minimum age for Guests in the Club is 18, save and except for special family occasions where it is intended to have children present.  When given prior notification, the General Manager has the discretion to allow younger aged children to be Guests in the Club.
