Club Policies

We ask that all Members and guests adhere to the Club’s policies.

Attire

Except as otherwise provided from time to time, Members shall conform to appropriate standards of attire at all times.

Jacket and tie business attire will be required in the Main Dining Room at all times (including Friday) while a tie will not be mandatory in the rest of the Club.

Jackets must be worn at all times.

Business attire

For gentlemen: jackets, collared shirts, ties where required, tailored slacks, or suits.
For women: dresses, suits, skirts with blouses, tailored trousers with blouses, or evening pants.

Cell Phone Usage

Personal communication devices, including cellular telephones and text messaging devices, may only be used in telephone booths or in private rooms reserved for meetings.

Hours & Access

The Club is open from 7:00 a.m. to Midnight from Monday to Friday inclusive and from 5:00 p.m. to Midnight on Saturday.  The Club is closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.

Smoking

In accordance with City of Ottawa by-laws, smoking is not permitted anywhere on Club premises.

Children

The minimum age for Guests in the Club is 18, save and except for special family occasions where it is intended to have children present.  When given prior notification, the General Manager has the discretion to allow younger aged children to be Guests in the Club.
